Consult CP Ceramics to produce a model for Specific type of ceramic production. Models are usually 10%-15% larger |
CP Ceramics will make a “Block” mould from the Model. This can be used to make prototype samples. |
CP Ceramics will make a “Case” mould from the Block. This is the tool (usually made from sillicone rubber) that is used to reproduce production or working moulds |
CP Ceramics will make a number of working moulds from the Case. These moulds have a life of about 60 casts using semi-porcelain clay before they show signs of wear. |

A deposit of 30% of the quoted work must be paid at this stage |
Clients will be invoiced at this stage. |
The final balance invoice for all the work completed will be submitted |
If pottery is in the UK the Working Moulds will be delivered dry, at a standard pallet rate. If the factory is outside the UK, the Case will be sent at international standard rate. |
